Your sample will come fixed with further information on the rear showing its product code and numbers of sheets required to cover one square meter.

Although every effort is made to insure that the samples we sent out to you will be able to clarify the colour or shape of the mosaic design that interests you. But due to the size and logistics of trying to meet demand from our customers all samples are produced randomly and we cannot guarantee that all colours will be present.

Your sample is supplied with the intent to promote the quality, consistency and finish of your glass mosaic tile of choice.

We make every effort to ensure that all the colours in the mosaic mixes are represented, but at times this can be difficult, as some mixes have a dominant colour or are mixed irregularly as per design. Thus we incourage you to revisit our website and view the slideshow images.

We endevour to provide you with a service and product at the forefront of our market area with the best price and hope to honour this in the foreseeable future. But due to basic economies of scale we will continue to supply samples to our customers but will ask that the postage and handling fees be paid by you.

In the past, our sample service was absolutely free but was opened to abuse. Costing our business a small fortune in time, money and effort in continuously producing samples. This new method for sample service helps to minimise this cost insuring that prices are kept at their lowest, ultimatly benefiting you the customer with great prices. Also by a small charge we minimise any abuse of this service and filter in only customers wanting to make a purchase. All samples are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post, even on sample requests as late as 6PM.

Unlike other companies that charge £1 per sample or exaggerated postal price. We have set ours at a very reasonable £2.50 for three samples, and thereafter for every three samples add a £1. You may apply for as many samples as you wish, but only one design at a time.

For EU destinations we've also made it as simple as the UK service. First 3 samples are set at £2.75, and thereafter for every three samples add a £1.25. Delivery normally takes 3 - 5 days via Royal Mail EU Airmail.
